Revocable Living Trust Package

There are a number of tax and financial benefits to establishing a trust. A living trust allows you to place some or all of your assets into a trust. When you pass away, those assets automatically pass to your named beneficiaries. We will work at your direction to draft a living trust package that meets both your needs and the needs of your loved ones. This package will include Living Trust, Pour Over Will, Certificate of Trust, Powers of Attorney for Finances and Healthcare, HIPPA, Burial Instructions, Trust Transfer Deed, Recording and personalized Estate Planning Binder.

Restatement of Living Trust

Clients who wish to make a minor change to their living trust or who wish to rewrite the entire trust for clarity may use this service to complete documentation of the change to their trust. This includes Living Trust, Pour Over Will, Certificate of Trust, Powers of Attorney for Finances and Healthcare, HIPPA, Burial Instructions, Deed Recordings and personal Estate Planning Binder.

Other Documents

Clients may use this service to prepare standalone Will which would establish your wishes for your estate and surviving loved one. This document declares what is to be done with your assets, property and minor children upon your death. Power of Attorney allows a trusted individual to act on the client's behalf in matters dictated by the power of attorney should you be unable to act for yourself, this may include financial and property matters. Healthcare Directives will allow a trusted individual to make healthcare decisions on your behalf should you be unable to make decisions yourself.

Revocable Living Trust Package

Clients who wish to distribute assets amongst their heirs while avoiding probate upon their death can use this service to draft a living trust document. All assets will be manually transferred to the trust and the trustee can take control of the estate without the intervention of the courts.

Legal Document Assistant

An LDA is an experienced professional who is authorized to prepare legal documents for a client, but only at the direction of the client. LDA is there to assist the “self-help” client handle their own legal matters without the cost of an attorney. Since even the best legal, self-help books can be confusing and overwhelming, we can provide invaluable assistance with routine legal tasks, such as typing and filing the paperwork. LDA’s are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. If you need an attorney, we will provide a referral.

Conservatorship

When a loved one is suffering from dementia or mental illness and cannot make important life decision, the Judge can appoint you to assist with making a better life for your loved one.
